Simon Prideaux — Fitness Director & Personal Trainer
Originally from Wales in the United Kingdom, Simon is the YMCA’s Fitness Director and one of our most experienced personal trainers. He holds certifications as a Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Nutrition Coach, Advanced Techniques specialist, and Group Fitness instructor. Simon got started in fitness by taking classes himself and fell completely in love with it. His philosophy is simple: “Do what you can — there is no failure. Katie — Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach
Katie is a certified Group Exercise Instructor, Yoga instructor, Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer who came to Oregon from San Mateo County, California. She specializes in helping clients build sustainable habits around both fitness and nutrition, and brings a warm, encouraging energy to every session. Her fitness philosophy: “It’s not about perfect. It’s about effort. And when you bring that effort every single day, that’s where transformation happens.” Katie loves meeting clients at their level and helping them discover what they’re truly capable of.

Personal training at the YMCA of Klamath Falls is available in the following session packages — perfect whether you’re just getting started or looking for ongoing support. All sessions are one-on-one with a certified trainer and take place at our Aquatic & Fitness Center at 1221 S. Alameda Ave:
