Klamath County YMCA offers classes for all ages and ability ranges.
What should I wear?
Fitness wear for classes: light weight shirts and shorts, sweats and t shirts ok, no outside shoes on equipment, water bottle is a must. The Y is just a comfortable family atmosphere without all the spandex!

Announcing Spring Training: 30-Day Fitness Challenge!
Do you want to get a jump on the shorts and swimsuit season?
Join us at the YMCA for 30 days of Fitness!
There will be custom workouts Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:45 am, diet tips, meal menus, meetings with community professionals to talk about health related issues, cooking classes and Prizes!
There will be weekly weigh ins and progress tracking.
The challenge starts May 26th and ends June 24th, 2008.
Cost is $35 for members and $50 for community and non member participants will have to buy a day pass punch card.
Everyone who participates in our 30 day fitness challenge will be entered into a prize drawing! Grand prizes will be awarded for the person with the greatest percentage of body fat weight loss and the person with the most total inches lost. This is your chance to get a jump start on that summer body.

Low impact class but with great results, toning and strength.
KENPO KARATE
Ages 6 and up, a class for self defense and body awareness. This is offered at a monthly rate.
AB LAB
Add this 15 minute abdominal focus class to your daily workout.
STEP 'N
Let’s not waste time here just get busy and feel the burn.
STEP UP

PERSONAL TRAINING
Have a trainer focus on your personal needs to achieve your fitness or strength goals. If you need to lose weight, trim up for that special dress, build strength or recover from an injury, a personal trainer can help. $35 for one session, $300 for 10 sessions.
