YMCA EVENTS SCHEDULE

WHAT: 6-on-6 Dodgeball!

WHO Guys & Gals. No “kill-or- be-killed” or “win-at-all-cost” players. Minimum age: 12 years. Ages 17 and younger must have Parent / Legal Guardian signature prior to playing.

WHEN Saturdays, First game at 6:00 p.m. June 14th. Play will continue 5 - 8 weeks, depending on number of teams.

WHERE YMCA Gym, 1221 S. Alameda

REGISTRATION FORM
Complete for each player, including signatures. (Ages 17 and younger must have Parent / Legal Guardian signature prior to playing.) Teams formed by random entry draw.

FEES $5 YMCA member / $7 community each Saturday. Teams will be made up from random drawing, winning teams hold court till beaten. Points acquired and added up at the end of the night. 1 point per loss, 2 points per win.

GAME SCHEDULES depending on number of entries. Games start at 6pm every Saturday night.

BASIC RULES

PLAYERS 6 players per team. Must be paid prior to playing. Youth ages 17 & younger must have a Parent / Legal Guardian signature prior to playing.

GAMES Played on the volleyball courts. Matches will consist of best 4-out-of-7 games. Game limit will be 5 minutes. One 30-second time-out will be allowed per game. Teams may be scheduled for double-headers.

SUBSTITUTIONS none.

BOUNDARIES During play, all players must remain within the boundary line, except for leaving and returning through their end-line to retrieve a stray ball.

START OF GAME To be covered on first day.

REFEREES YMCA representative. Teams may be assigned to referee when not playing.

A complete set of rules will be available at the YMCA, as well as at the opening games. But if we forget some rules or need to make some up, we reserve the right to do so!

4th of July Cheerleaders Camp!

Registration deadline is May 31, 2008.  Cost is $65, includes Cheer A-line skort, Cheer T, Cheer socks, pompoms and four weeks instruction, Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:00 pm,  1/2 hour each day.  Instruction ends with a parent performance and performing in the 4th of July parade.
